Loading Screen Stuck? A Calm Fix-It Checklist

First, figure out what exactly is stuck

Before poking at settings, take a breath and notice where the freeze happens. Is the whole JitaAce site refusing to open, or does the lobby load fine while one game hangs? Does it happen on Wi-Fi and mobile data, or only one of them? These clues point to different causes.

If the whole site will not open, the problem is usually the address, the connection or a network block. If the site opens but a single game hangs, it is more often the game's own files, the browser cache or the phone's memory. If everything worked yesterday and broke today on every game, a browser update or a full storage chip is a strong suspect.

The ten-second fixes

Start with the quick ones, because they solve a surprising share of problems.

• Reload the page once, then wait a full minute. Some games load large files the first time.
• Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. A weak router or a busy tower can stall a download halfway.
• Close other tabs and apps, especially video streaming, which competes for bandwidth and memory.
• Turn the phone off and on. It sounds silly, and it frees memory that nothing else will.
• Check the date and time are set automatically. A wrong clock can break secure connections.

Clearing the cache without losing your mind

Imagine your browser as a cupboard that keeps copies of every page you visit so they open faster next time. Usually that helps. Occasionally a half-downloaded file sits in the cupboard and the browser keeps reaching for it instead of fetching a fresh copy. Clearing the site's data empties that shelf.

In Chrome on Android, tap the icon beside the address, open Site settings and choose Clear and reset, or go to Settings, Privacy, Clear browsing data and pick cached images and files. On iPhone Safari, go to Settings, Safari, Advanced, Website Data, and remove the casino's entry. You will need to sign in again afterwards, so have your details ready, and only sign in on an official address.

When the address itself is the problem

Say the site worked on your friend's phone but not yours, on the same Wi-Fi. That often means your browser is holding an old route to the address, or a network is blocking one domain. When we checked in November 2026, jitaace.live and jitaace.city served the same site as the main address, jitaace.online, and the gateway jitaace.com listed them.

Try one of those official addresses before anything else. Do not search for "working link" in chat groups; look-alike domains such as jitaacelive.bet, jitaacecom.com and jitaace.net are not the brand. Our login guide explains how to sign in safely from a bookmark.

If a game froze mid-round

This is the case where patience really pays. If a game hung after you placed a bet, do not keep replaying in a panic. Most game systems record the round on the server, so when you reopen the game it may finish the round or show the result in your history.

Note the time, the game name and what you saw, and take a screenshot if you can. Then contact live support inside JitaAce and ask them to check the round. We cannot see accounts or game logs, but support can.
